How will you make an impact & Requirements
What You'll Do
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan in an outpatient setting. You'll work collaboratively with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in clinical decision-making.
In this role, you will:
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
Perform comprehensive assessments, examinations, and preventive health screenings
Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, obesity, thyroid disorders, depression, anxiety, and other common primary care concerns
Develop personalized treatment plans and manage medications
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, imaging, and other clinical studies
Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice
Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and self-management strategies
Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, and care management teams
Support value-based care initiatives focused on improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Current Nurse Practitioner and APRN licensure (or eligibility for Alaska licensure)
National Board Certification as FNP, AGPCNP, AGACNP, or other appropriate certification
Current DEA registration
Current BLS certification
Two or more years of advanced practice experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, community health, or a related ambulatory setting preferred
Preferred Experience
Strong background in preventive medicine and chronic disease management
Experience working within electronic health record systems
Knowledge of value-based care and population health initiatives
Excellent communication, patient education, and relationship-building skills

Compensation Range:
$119,313.00to
$178,968.00
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
