Provide vision, leadership, management and technical guidance of all resources for the Gas Power supply chain's Joint Venture Operations, including strategy development, implementation and execution, ensuring that Company goals are met or exceeded. Plan, guide, direct and manage the operations. Deliver innovative operational excellence that supports Company and Corporate objectives. Ensure excellent customer service with a focus on continuous improvement and cost effectiveness with superior product quality.

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Develop short-term and long-term strategies with organizational goals to achieve business objectives.
• Responsible for technical support needs of joint venture activities in Gas Value Stream
• Responsible for planning support resource needs (pitcher teams) and allocation of those resources to prioritize work and focus of teams.
• Actively participate in operational discussions for JVs including but not limited to OP and SII planning process, weekly and monthly operational reviews.
• Making sure JV execution gets all necessary support for issue resolution from pitcher team.
• Responsible for tracking the cost and cost allocation of pitcher teams.
• Actively supporting SED and BD teams on new JV agreements or any JV agreement modifications.
• Actively following market trends 
• Establish and maintain effective partnerships with other Business Segments of the Company.
• Manage all operations with a strong customer focus. 
• Establish and maintain effective and open communications with the Supply Chain Strategy and development organization and related local and global functions. 
• Provide leadership with reports and feedback on operations, costs, budget information and initiatives.
• Prepare a comprehensive action plan annually, or more frequently as required, to detail activities and improvements planned for the forthcoming period 
• Implement financial objectives to maintain production costs within an approved budget while maintaining a competitive posture.
• Develop a safety focused work environment by promoting safety training, adhering to safety regulations and environmental compliance with a goal of zero accidents per year.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Degree preferably in a Technical or Manufacturing Engineering or Operations discipline from an accredited university 
• Major experience in Operations/Materials management in a multicultural environment
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience
• Excellent command of English (written and oral)
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, confident, optimistic and proactive team-player who acts with focus and accountability
• Customer-focused leader with high say-do ratio with a track record of driving change, achieving results and setting high standards. 
• Strong planning, organization and project leadership skill set.
• Developed communication and influencing skills - verbal, written and formal presentations
• Deep understanding of technical specifications and product performance requirements
• Managerial courage and willingness to challenge the ‘status quo’ as appropriate.
• Experience providing timely and actionable feedback, whether positive or corrective – holding self and others accountable.
