Join Our Sales Talent Community (Edinburgh)

We are hiring and interviewing sales talent across our business.

Join our Sales Talent Pipeline to be the first to hear about future opportunities and exclusive assessment days with the world's biggest brewer. Whether you're starting your sales career or bringing previous experience, we'd love to connect with you.

We're actively building our talent pipeline for current and future vacancies, so while some opportunities may not have immediate start dates, joining now ensures you're considered as roles become available.

 Purpose:

Brewing the world’s most loved beers and building brands consumers love, AB InBev is where ownership, ambition, and action thrive. Our portfolio of iconic brands includes global classics like Stella Artois, Budweiser, and Corona, and well-known favorites such as Camden Hells, Beck’s, and Leffe. We empower you to dream big, lead change, and create a long-lasting legacy. We value relentless problem-solvers who take accountability, embrace challenges, and turn bold goals into results through resilience and hard work.

That’s Who We Are: Come and OWN IT.

These are field-based opportunities covering territories in Edinburgh, Scotland, so a current UK Driving License is required.

We're looking for individuals who:

  • Thrive beyond office walls and enjoy connecting with new clients face-to-face

  • Have a passion for the beer and food industry – experience in hospitality (e.g., bar work, waiting staff) is a plus but not required

  • Bring analytical skills and strong business acumen to the table

  • Are organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Excel in relationship-building and follow-up with clients

  • Are enthusiastic, driven, resilient, and motivated to make a real impact

Benefits & Perks:

  • 25 holidays per year + bank holidays & holiday trading options

  • Pension (up to 8% employer contribution) & income protection

  • Comprehensive health & wellbeing benefits (fully funded private medical insurance, dental insurance, gym discounts, Employee Assistance Programme)

  • 26 weeks paid parental leave for eligible primary caregivers

  • A beer allowance to enjoy our brands

  • 2 volunteer days a year to support your local community

  • Life assurance & charitable giving
