Description
Our client is a 5* very high end International Chain Hotel with 200+ Rooms and multiple F&B outlets.
This role will be as #1 in the fine dining outlet and will be reporting directly to Expat Director of Food & Beverage.
Note that our client is one of the most luxury and reputable brands in the industry!

Profile
• Experience in luxury 5* hotel or fine dining free-standing restaurant
• Fine dining experience is a must
• Strong luxury foundation
• Passionate about Food & Beverage
• A very hands-on leader, very visible on the floor, enjoys greeting guests and touching tables
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and result oriented
• Well organized, energetic, and able to work independently
• Pleasant personality, outgoing, strong in guest contact
• Dynamic, innovative and passionate about training
• Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Smart, charming, well groomed, healthy
• Outgoing personality
• Eye for details
• Computer literate
• Good attitude
• Flexible
• Adaptable
