Senior Manager - Tax
Burke CPAs & Advisors | $175,000 Base + Multiple Bonus Opportunities
Ready to step into a visible leadership role with a growing regional CPA firm? Burke CPAs & Advisors is seeking an accomplished tax professional to lead key client relationships, complex engagements, and the development of our tax team.

What You'll Do
- Lead complex federal, state, and local tax engagements for closely held businesses and their owners
- Serve as a trusted advisor and relationship leader for key clients
- Review complex returns and deliver proactive tax-planning strategies
- Manage workflow, deadlines, billing, quality, and engagement performance
- Coach and develop managers, seniors, and staff
- Support firm leadership, process improvement, and business-development initiatives
What You Bring
- CPA license and 8+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience
- Strong technical knowledge of business and individual taxation
- Experience leading complex engagements, client relationships, and professional staff
- Excellent communication, project-management, judgment, and client-service skills
- CCH ProSystem fx or CCH Axcess experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $175,000 base compensation
