Job Description Summary:
Coordinate maintenance and preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and support smooth production operations while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Job Description:
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance in accordance to the target time and results.
- Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing mechanical equipment.
- Maintain all work equipment and environment cleanliness within the work location.
- Coordinate the implementation of projects related to the scope of work.
- Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and ensure corrective action is carried out when deviations occur.
- Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.
- Ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP.
- Implementing quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, etc.)
- Conduct improvements by modifying equipment/machines.
- Lead, develop and ensure the disciple of employees in the mechanical section.
- Review, evaluate and submit monthly report.
- Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from officers / foreman.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in palm oil manufacturing or related production environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, preventive maintenance, and maintenance planning, maintenance project management and equipment improvement.
- Familiar with SAP and maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
