Description
Summary
This role will support the RepairPal function of our business. Established in 2007, RepairPal connects consumers with certified trustworthy mechanics throughout the United States. Large, trusted companies including USAA, CarMax, and Endurance Vehicle Services send their members and customers to RepairPal Certified shops for high-quality repairs at a fair price. In 2024, RepairPal was acquired by Yelp.
RepairPal is hiring a Partner Program Manager who will take the lead through hands-on ownership of pilot and program rollouts, results reporting, and regular interface with partners to create successful outcomes. This will include identifying opportunities for integrations, recommending solutions, and developing reporting to track and analyze results.
We’d love to have you apply, even if you don’t feel you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Yelp, we’re looking for great people, not just those who simply check off all the boxes. This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.
What you'll do:
- Engage directly with business partners and consumers to identify market needs and drive strong, measurable business outcomes through strategic partnerships.
- Manage partner execution across pilots, test programs, and full launches, ensuring milestones are met and momentum is maintained.
- Establish and maintain operating cadences for launched partners — including bi-weekly check-ins and quarterly business reviews — to optimize program performance.
- Serve as a proactive, persistent point of contact for referral partners, driving alignment and accelerating program execution.
- Build and maintain project plans, contact lists, and reporting schedules to track progress and keep workstreams on course.
- Define success metrics and deliver clear, actionable reporting to give partners visibility into their performance.
- Champion partner needs cross-functionally, ensuring internal teams appropriately prioritize partner-related features and initiatives.
- Evaluate program progress and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Develop and improve processes, tools, and documentation to create a more efficient execution environment and enable broad internal and external communication.
- Develop a deep understanding of Repair Pal's monetization systems to ensure partner referrals are accurately tracked and monetized.
- Travel required (50%).
What it takes to succeed:
- 3–5 years of experience managing strategic accounts, partners, programs, or projects
- Experience in or passion for the automotive industry and auto-related technology is a bonus
- You are comfortable with up to 50% travel across the US
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a track record of driving results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with experience building reports and deriving actionable insights from data
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and business maturity
- Self-motivated, assertive, and energetic — you bring enthusiasm and follow-through to everything you own
- Naturally curious with a desire to understand how systems, products, and businesses work
- Proficiency with CRM tools; experience with HubSpot is a huge plus
What you'll get:
- Effective your first day: Full medical, vision, and dental
- 15 days PTO (accrual begins on date of hire and increases with 2+ years of tenure thereafter), 12 paid holidays, plus one floating holiday
- Up to 14 weeks of parental leave
- Monthly wellness subsidy
- Work from home reimbursement
- Flexible spending account
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
