Laundromat Attendant – Lincoln, NE

Pay: $15–$18 per hour + Opportunity to Earn Tips

Princess Laundry is looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Laundromat Attendants. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, takes pride in keeping a clean and organized workplace, and is comfortable working independently.

We accept applications year-round, although positions may not always be available.

Available Shifts

We are currently hiring for the following schedules:

Evening Shift – Sunday through Thursday

• Sunday: 3:00 PM–10:30 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–10:30 PM

Evening Shift – Friday & Saturday

• Friday: 4:00 PM–10:30 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM–10:30 PM

Weekend Day Shift – Saturday & Sunday

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Assist customers with washers, dryers, payments, and general questions
• Process, fold, and package Wash-Dry-Fold orders according to customer preferences
• Keep the laundromat clean, organized, and welcoming throughout your shift
• Regularly clean machines, folding areas, floors, restrooms, and other customer areas
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance or operational issues
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other customer transactions
• Restock supplies and complete assigned daily tasks
• Take initiative and complete additional cleaning or operational tasks when needed
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our customers

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and punctual
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• Willing to clean and maintain the laundromat throughout the shift
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to recognize what needs to be done and take initiative without always being asked
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
