Retail Merchandiser

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as a Retail Merchandiser with POG experience for a project in Eldersburg, Bel Air, Ellicott City, MD paying $20/hr. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience and know how to read POG.  You will support a large retail reset by stocking products and documenting progress using our app.

Schedule & Hours  

• Pay: $20/hour 
• Start Date: September 8th, 2026 
• Start Time: 5:00 AM
• Shift Length: 8.5 hours (includes unpaid lunch break) 
• Arrival: 15 minutes early required  

Responsibilities  

• No headphones, headsets, speakers, or personal phone use while working in the store.
• Arrive on time and complete the full shift; leaving early may result in visit invalidation.
• Review the Reset training materials before your visit and bring warm clothing if working in coolers/freezers.
• Check in as a Crossmark representative with the Reset Team Lead and follow their instructions throughout the project.
• Complete the reset correctly: Follow the planogram, place the correct price tags, clean your area, and submit required before-and-after photos with descriptions.

Requirements (Must Have)  

• Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience 
• Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods 
• Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App 
• Other: 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation 
• Dress Code : Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
