The Position:

Provide operational and analytical support to the out-of-home sales channel. The role acts as a key facilitator for sales teams, ensuring the effective execution of sales processes, high-quality reporting, and seamless coordination between functions.

Responsibilities

Responsabilidades: 

• Monitor orders, pricing, commercial terms, and customer requests. ,
• Support the implementation of commercial initiatives defined by the Sales teams. ,
• Prepare and maintain periodic performance reports (sales, volume, margins, and KPIs). ,
• Consolidate information to support commercial decision-making. ,
• Facilitate communication between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams. ,
• Support the preparation of data, presentations, and commercial materials.

Qualifications

Cualificaciones: 

•  Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, data analysis, and reporting).
• Strong understanding of commercial KPIs and sales analysis. 
• Fluency in English and Spanish 
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business information. 
• Structured thinking and a problem-solving mindset. 
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments. 
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on internal stakeholders.
