Job Description
1. Power System Maintenance and Management:
- Regularly inspect and maintain the company's internal power equipment to ensure normal operation.
- Monitor the operating status of the power system, promptly identify and resolve potential issues.
2. Fire Equipment Management and Inspection:
- Regularly inspect and test fire equipment, including fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire alarm systems, etc.
- Ensure fire equipment complies with relevant regulations and standards, and can function properly in emergencies.
3. Emergency Response and Troubleshooting:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure rapid reaction in emergencies.
- Quickly diagnose and repair faults in power and fire systems to ensure system stability.
4. Facility Optimization and Improvement:
- Propose and implement improvement plans for power and fire systems to enhance facility efficiency and safety.
- Conduct relevant data analysis, establish continuous improvement processes, and regularly evaluate and adjust improvement plans.
5. Technical Support and Training:
- Develop customized training programs to provide technical support and consultation on power and fire systems according to the needs of different departments.
- Train employees on the correct use of power and fire equipment to enhance safety awareness.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
- Write and maintain operation manuals and maintenance records for power and fire systems.
- Regularly submit inspection reports and improvement suggestions, reporting work progress to superiors.
