Pay Range:
$38.20 - $57.30Our practice also offers specialized programs such as neurodiagnostic testing (EMG and EEG), botulinum toxin injections for migraines and movement disorders, and patient education and support for chronic neurological conditions.

Atrium Health Ballantyne Neurology is located at 15110 John J Delaney Drive Ste 200 in Charlotte, NC, and is a leading outpatient neurology practice dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care for children and adults with a wide range of neurological conditions. Our team utilizes advanced diagnostics, evidence‑based treatments, and a collaborative approach to care for patients with stroke, seizure disorders, multiple sclerosis, neuropathy, movement disorders, migraines, dementia, developmental neurological concerns, and other complex conditions.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and proactive nursing professional who excels at building positive relationships, mentoring and supporting clinical staff, and coordinating patient care across multiple locations. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 year of nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced outpatient environment
- Prior experience in outpatient neurology, primary care, or specialty medicine preferred
You will be supporting the Outpatient Clinical Nurse Supervisor in coordinating daily operations and promoting a high standard of patient care across three Neurology clinics. This role assists with overseeing clinical workflows for all three clinics, serves as a resource for nursing and clinical staff, supports onboarding and education, helps ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and collaborates with providers and leadership to optimize patient outcomes, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
