Description
By submitting your resume, you’re expressing interest in our 2027 RDSS ( Research and Development Substitute Services) program. Please confirm your eligibility with the local district office before applying for the role.
NVIDIA is recognized as one of the world’s leading technology companies, where exceptional engineers work on some of the industry’s most challenging problems. We are looking for creative, self-motivated candidates who are eager to learn, take ownership, and apply AI to improve engineering productivity and quality.
In this role, you will help ensure the quality of NVIDIA Enterprise server firmware and software products. You will collaborate closely with firmware and software development teams to build scalable test infrastructure, develop automation tools, and use AI-enabled approaches to make validation faster, smarter, and more efficient. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys complex technical challenges and wants to develop hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, AI-assisted development tools, and intelligent automation.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and maintain automated test solutions for infrastructure-based data-center platforms.
- Build scalable test infrastructure, frameworks, and tools for firmware, BaseOS, and enterprise-server validation.
- Partner with software and firmware engineers to design, implement, and execute feature-validation plans.
- Apply AI tools, large language models (LLMs), and AI-assisted development workflows to improve test development, log analysis, failure triage, debugging, and engineering productivity.
- Identify repetitive or high-effort validation workflows and develop practical AI-enabled automations to improve efficiency, coverage, and time to resolution.
- Use data analysis to identify quality trends, investigate failures, and drive root-cause analysis across software and hardware components.
- Work independently from requirements through implementation, validation, and documentation.
What we need to see:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++.
- Experience with Linux development, system debugging, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Demonstrated interest in, or hands-on experience with, AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, AI-assisted coding tools, or AI-enabled automation workflows.
- Ability to use AI responsibly and effectively, including validating AI-generated output, protecting sensitive information, and applying sound engineering judgment.
- Strong data-analysis and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to debug complex issues involving software, firmware, hardware, and system interactions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset, along with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the most desirable employers in the world. We have some of the most brilliant and talented people in the world working for us. If you are creative, autonomous and love a challenge, we want to hear from you. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
