Coordinate leadership meetings, forums and key business events, ensuring agendas, briefing papers, presentations, pre-reading materials and action items are prepared, tracked and delivered to a high standard.
Manage domestic and international travel, appointments, offsites and team events, overseeing logistics, budgets, venues, catering and administrative requirements in accordance with Group policies.
Act as a trusted liaison between the Executive General Manager, senior leaders and internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication across the business.
Drive follow-up and accountability for key actions, decisions and business priorities, helping to ensure commitments are delivered and outcomes achieved.
Partner closely with the broader Executive Assistant network to foster collaboration, alignment and seamless support across leadership teams.
Support people and team-related activities, including onboarding, engagement initiatives, team culture, organisational planning and creating a high-performing team environment.
Manage financial administration, including invoices, expenses, budget tracking and expenditure processing, ensuring adherence to Group policies and controls.
Provide flexible administrative and operational support to the broader leadership team, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and ways of working.
