Description
Manage cost and schedule aspects of PSE deliveries, leveraging experience in Earned Value Management Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and a minimum 8 years of related experience or Master's degree in STEM with 6 years of related experience Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business need Experience in Program Execution, Staffing, Engineering Metrics and Training resources, Processes, and Tools. Product Lifecycle Management tools Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related discipline 1 year of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance 2 years of experience with program control (IMS, EVMS), budgeting, and staffing Experience with all phases of the systems engineering development life cycle, specifically requirements validation and verification Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering and DOORS or Cameo tools Experience with working with government/military personnel at government/military facilities Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices Primary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
