This dealership is looking for a Pickle who can keep the flavor profile tight, provide the essential acidic snap, and ensure the guest experience runs with the kind of crispness customers actually notice.

You’ll have a chilled environment, premium salt support, and a management team that backs the garnish department instead of bottlenecking it. The right Pickle here becomes the backbone of the plate: the problem-solver, the palate-cleanser, and the standard every other side dish follows.

What You’ll Do Oversee Plate Workflow: Ensure every sandwich is accompanied by a high-performance spear or slice, maintaining on-time delivery.

Perform High-Level Diagnostics: Maintain the perfect "snap" and acidity levels; if you aren’t crunchy, you aren’t showroom ready.

Quality Control: Work closely with the Sandwich Artists to ensure clear communication and proper placement on the plate.

Mentor Junior Garnishes: Set the pace for the chips and the parsley; ensure the entire "side-car" team meets luxury standards.

Maintain Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean, brine-positive environment in the refrigeration bay.

Process Improvement: Help management ensure no sandwich leaves the bay without its signature acidic finish.
