Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support the legal team on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding the process, requirements, and legal implications of company registration.
- Prepare and review all necessary legal documents and forms required for company registration.
- Responsible for renewal of company legal documents & licenses.
- Responsible for dealing with the governmental institutions to finalize all the needed legal documents.
- Represents the company legally in courts and other governmental parties.
- Liaise with related government agency.
Key Requirements
- Holding at least a Bachelors Degree of Law.
- 1 - 2 years experience in law firm/legal consulting firm.
- Experiences in company registration, LTD, BOI, FBL, Rep office would be a plus
- Lawyer License required.
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-mails)
- Good English communication, other languages would be an advantage.
