The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building, managing, and automating cloud environments, with a focus on Azure. The role involves collaboration with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure management. Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure CLI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software development, deployment, and integration.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure-based applications and services.Implement and manage security policies, ensuring adherence to best practices.Provide support for application builds, releases, and deployments across different environments.Manage version control and branching strategies using Git.Maintain documentation related to architecture, configurations, and processes.Ensure high availability and disaster recovery setups in the Azure environment.Optimize cloud resources and ensure cost-efficient usage in Azure.Implement and manage the security posture using vulnerability scanning tools.Qualifications and skills 5-7 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Azure.Strong experience with Azure DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, etc.).Proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or similar tools.Solid understanding of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and their orchestration in Azure.Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.Expertise in automation of cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.Familiarity with Azure security best practices, identity management, and role-based access controls (RBAC).Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.Hands-on knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.Experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, VNet, Azure SQL, and other Azure services.
