Overview:
Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team in Guilford, CT. This per diem opportunity is ideal for caregivers who value flexibility while maintaining consistent work. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols

Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut HHA or CNA certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience

- Negative PPD, QuantiFERON test, or chest X-ray
