Overview

As a Account Executive, you will enter the exciting world of agency account and production management. You will learn the ropes while supporting account and production teams in day-to-day client service, project coordination, and campaign execution. This role offers opportunities to grow your skills, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong foundation in client relationships, campaign management, production workflows, and agency operations. 

You will work closely with account and production teams to support client deliverables, track project and production timelines, and assist with reporting, while gaining exposure to strategic decision-making, production processes, and integrated marketing campaigns. 

Responsibilities

Strategic Focus & Impact 

• Supports account and production teams with routine tasks such as preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and tracking timelines. 

• Learns agency processes, client workflows, and production execution under guidance. 

• Develops foundational skills in prioritization, problem-solving, and supporting client and production deliverables. 

 

Client Relationship Management 

• Provides support to account teams in day-to-day client communications and meeting preparation. 

• Assists in creating presentations, reports, and production-related materials. 

• Helps ensure smooth execution of client requests and production follow-ups under guidance. 

 

Campaign, Production & Data Management 

• Assists with campaign and production documentation, resourcing, and timeline tracking. 

• Supports basic reporting, data collection, and organization of materials. 

• Gains exposure to production processes, tools, and workflows. 

 

Financial Oversight 

• Supports financial documentation, production cost tracking, and budget monitoring under supervision. 

• Helps maintain budget and expense records for projects. 

 

Knowledge 

• Understands account management principles, production basics, and agency processes. 

• Applies foundational concepts to support team tasks, campaigns, and production deliverables. 

 

Soft Skills 

• Develops communication and interpersonal skills in client and production settings. 

• Shows enthusiasm, openness, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced production agency. 

 

Market & Industry Expertise 

• Gains basic awareness of client brands, market trends, and production best practices. 

• Supports research to strengthen campaign and production execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field. 

• 0 to 2 years of experience (internships or part-time roles in marketing, advertising, or production are a plus). 

• Strong organizational and time management skills. 

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written. 

• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

• Basic awareness of brands, marketing trends, production processes, and the advertising industry.
