Custodian Worker – 1st and 2nd Shift

Unica Enterprises is seeking self-motivated, energetic, responsible individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility. You will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. 

Shifts Available:  

1st (7AM – 3:30PM)

2nd Shift (3PM – 11:30PM)

Job Responsibilities 

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. 
• Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, and countertops), replenish supplies, and monitor inventory levels. 
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste. 
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors. 
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including break rooms, lobbies and hallways
• This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. 
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds. 
• This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).   

Requirements

•  1 year of custodial experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old 
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment 
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check and meet E-Verify requirements.
• Must be able to work on the weekends
