Puckett’s Restaurant at Nashville International Airport is hiring Servers to join our team.

Schedule: Day and evening shifts (based on airport traffic)
Pay Rate: $2.50 per hour + Great tips

What You’ll Do:
As a Server, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest. Your focus will be on delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient service.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests warmly and providing excellent service.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders.
- Delivering food and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Processing payments and operating the POS system.
- Collaborating with kitchen and team members for smooth service.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
- Creating a positive experience that encourages guests to return.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain an Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) serving permit within 60 days of hire.
- Basic knowledge of dining room service procedures.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and POS systems.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 20–30 pounds.
- Must be able to pass a federal background check.
Shift Schedule:
Our most common scheduling needed windows include:
- 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – Close
Shifts may vary slightly depending on airport traffic and business needs. Flexibility is key in this environment, as guest volume can shift quickly.
