What will you do?
- Support players whenever they need assistance
- Help players by providing solutions via phone and email
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
- Ensure every interaction leaves players with a pleasant experience
- Provide customer support without any sales responsibilities
Candidate profile
- Native-level Finnish language skills, both written and spoken
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills and willingness to help customers
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Good organisational skills
- Valid work permit for Cyprus if you are not an EU citizen
