Description
- Full-Time.
- Monday – Ardsley.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $800 daily guarantee or 33% of collections, whichever is greater.
- Opportunity to earn up to 35% of collections based on experience and production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive preventive, restorative, and general dental care.
- Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and other advanced restorative services appropriate to your clinical experience.
- Educate patients regarding oral health, preventive care, and recommended treatment options.
- Manage patient care independently while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with hygienists, specialists, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Build long-term relationships through compassionate, patient-centered care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active New York dental license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Comfortable practicing independently without direct clinical mentorship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and building lasting patient relationships.
