Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented intern to support our Global Off-Price Sales team. This role is ideal for someone interested in wholesale/retail sales, merchandising, and the fast-paced world of off-price fashion. You'll get hands-on exposure to market prep, buyer-facing materials, showroom operations, and sales reporting — gaining a real look at how off-price sales cycles run from behind the scenes to market-ready.

Must be able to be on-site in NYC headquarters located in Meatpacking at least 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Create and update line sheets ahead of market appointments and sales meetings
• Assist with sample organization ahead of buyer appointments
• Organize and reset the showroom between buyer appointments and market weeks
• Maintain sample inventory and ensure the showroom is presentation-ready
• Compile weekly sales reports for the team
• Help maintain sales trackers and flag notable trends
• Provide administrative support to the sales team during peak market periods
• Take on ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (PowerPoint experience a plus)
• Proactive, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in wholesale, retail, or off-price fashion sales
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
