In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the business by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The role also entails translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend innovative approaches and improvements.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
- Capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
