What You Can Do For Us

Warehouse Administration & Facilities Management

  • Welcome warehouse visitors and coordinate reception activities.
  • Manage mail collection and courier arrangements.
  • Procure weekly groceries and office stationery supplies.
  • Coordinate warehouse facilities management activities.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Organize warehouse events and liaise with relevant vendors.
  • Process invoices through the company's internal system.
  • Coordinate warehouse renovation projects and lease-related matters.
  • Prepare for new hires, including door access, workstation setup, locker assignment, and new hire orientation.
  • Update the global organization chart on a monthly basis.
  • Any ad-hoc administrative & HR matters when assigned.

Training Coordination & Administration

  • Liaise with the APAC management team to customize and develop training plans when required.
  • Coordinate with line managers and trainers to create orientation training schedules for new hires.
  • Send finalized calendar invitations to all relevant parties, including new hires, trainers / line managers, and department heads.
  • Track participant attendance and facilitate / conduct training sessions.
  • Gather and evaluate feedback from employees and management on training programs to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the US team to understand and roll out training initiatives across the APAC region. (if any)
  • Maintain training records and training materials in SharePoint. (supporting EMEA when required) 
  • Prepare and analyze training reports.  
  • Research and recommend training materials and methods, create, and update the curriculum. 
  • Planning and Scheduling for employee annual performance reviews within APAC and ensuring all files are kept orderly.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and utilize AI Tools and automation solutions to improve administrative and training processes
  • Create AI-generated training materials, presentations, communications drafts and knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Promote AI adoption and digital best practices among employees, providing guidance and support when required

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Education, HR, Business or related field
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data
  • Proficient with standard business tools (Email, MS Office 365, etc.)
