We're looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple business functions, providing administrative support that helps keep our team organized, efficient, and successful.

This role is Hybrid, you must be able to come into Carmel, IN office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and serve as a primary point of contact for office-related needs
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with a variety of human resources and talent acquisition activities, including recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and other HR administrative functions.
- Support recruiting and employer branding initiatives by coordinating job postings, candidate communications, and community outreach efforts.
- Research, verify, and maintain accurate information across multiple systems and databases.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company records, files, reports, and other business documentation.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and company events to support daily business operations.
- Serve as a liaison with building management, vendors, and service providers to ensure efficient office operations
- Provide administrative support across departments as needed, including assisting with special projects and clerical overflow.
- Perform other administrative duties and cross-functional support as assigned.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- High School or GED
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
