About the opportunity
The Deputy CFO – Health Services (DCFO) is a senior strategic finance leadership role, responsible for shaping financial strategy, driving financial performance, and transformation of the finance function into a contemporary and insight-led partner to the business.
The role plays a critical leadership function and supporting the championing of excellence in financial planning, reporting, performance and contemporary business partnering, while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Business
CA / CPA qualification (preferred).
Significant senior finance leadership experience in complex organisations (minimum 8 years).
You will hold demonstrated experience in:
Finance transformation and operating model design
Strategic business partnering
Financial planning, analysis, and performance management
Stakeholder engagement at executive and Board level
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
