Role Purpose
This hybrid/remote role is based in the North East, with national travel required for meetings, face-to-face 1:1s with risk-rated advisers, and occasional visits to Titan Wealth offices to collaborate with colleagues.
The primary purpose of the role is to develop and support Trainee Financial Planners within the Bionic Remote Advice Team, helping them progress to Competent Adviser Status (CAS) through structured coaching, assessment, and ongoing development. The role is also responsible for overseeing the ongoing competency and performance of CAS Financial Planners within the supervision framework, ensuring high professional and regulatory standards are maintained.
Working closely with advisers, support teams, and key stakeholders, you will help ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practice. You will contribute to the operation of effective systems and controls that identify, manage, and mitigate business risks, while promoting a positive culture of competence, continuous improvement, and professional development across the business.
The successful candidate will build strong, collaborative relationships with advisers and support staff, fostering a supportive environment that enables individuals to develop their skills, deliver excellent client outcomes, and uphold Titan Wealth's standards of professionalism and compliance.
