Description:

  • As a Senior Project Manager accountable for initiatives supporting the OPS Enterprise Network Security Program, you will lead the planning, governance, and delivery of large-scale, high-profile, and high-risk enterprise network and cybersecurity initiatives across the OPS. You will serve as the senior program lead responsible for driving the organization's strategic network-security roadmap, ensuring the successful implementation of modern security architectures, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across enterprise environments.
  • You will provide leadership and oversight for multiple concurrent cybersecurity and network-security initiatives, including Secure Service Edge (SSE), Prisma Access, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Web Application Firewall (WAF) implementations, firewall modernization, network security-control enhancements, cloud security integration, and related enterprise security transformation programs.
  • You will work closely with OPS business partners, technology teams, cybersecurity stakeholders, architects, operations teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution, business adoption, operational readiness, and day-2 supportability of all solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise IT & Cybersecurity Leadership

  • Act as the senior program lead accountable for the enterprise network-security and secure-access portfolio.
  • Provide strategic leadership and governance across multiple cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, security objectives, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Drive adoption of Zero Trust and Security-by-Design principles across all network and cloud security initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, enterprise architects, cybersecurity teams, and external vendors.
  • Chair governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder working groups.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on program health, risks, dependencies, financials, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Champion OPS I&IT project-management, cybersecurity, and operational best practices.
  • Lead continuous-improvement initiatives that enhance security posture, operational effectiveness, governance maturity, and service delivery.

2. Advanced Network/Security Program Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale network-security and cybersecurity initiatives, balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
  • Manage strategic programs including:
    • Secure Service Edge (SSE)
    • Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
    • Prisma Access deployments
    • Web Application Firewall (WAF) implementations
    • Next Generation Firewall modernization and migration initiatives
    • Enterprise network-security control enhancements
    • Cloud-security integration projects
    • Secure remote-access and VPN modernization programs
  • Gather business, operational, and technical requirements and translate them into integrated project plans and delivery roadmaps.
  • Develop and manage detailed schedules, resource plans, risk registers, issue logs, dependency tracking, and change-control processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities involving architecture, security engineering, cloud services, network operations, and vendors.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, operational, security, and implementation risks.
  • Ensure successful transition to operations, including documentation, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, support processes, and service monitoring.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization opportunities across security technologies, controls, processes, and service delivery models.

3. Project Management & Communication Skills

  • Manage project governance, executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting across multiple initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, requirements gathering, risk reviews, and decision-making forums.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and performance expectations across project teams and vendors.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical and project information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups while managing competing priorities and organizational challenges.
  • Anticipate, escalate, and manage risks, issues, conflicts, and dependencies through resolution.
  • Promote adoption of change-management practices and support business readiness activities.
  • Deliver concise executive briefings, dashboards, presentations, and status reports to senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to OPS project-management standards, quality controls, governance processes, and reporting requirements.
