The Agreement Specialist will partner with the client Headquarters and Regional teams to ensure the compliant execution and management of agreements with external medical and scientific experts (consultants) engaged to support company-sponsored global, regional, and local programs.
What You Will Do:
You will contribute to contract management activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensure compliant execution of agreements with external medical or scientific experts (consultants) engaged to perform services in support managed activities of company-supported Global, Regional, and local programs.
Independently utilize current work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal policies, and procedures to ensure tasks are completed correctly and within client compliance.
Responsible for updating process data in multiple systems of record.
Complete various self-directed work assignments requiring advanced organizational ability, independent judgment, and solution focused options.
Provide creative suggestions for continuous process improvement, efficiency, and clarity.
Responsible for additional non-routine, non-repetitive assignments and projects of limited scope as assigned.
Management of a high-volume workload prioritizing assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Assist team members as capacity allows.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
Education : Bachelor's degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Minimum of one (1) year of pharmaceutical industry experience.
Customer service experience preferred.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment to support business goals and deliver results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with diverse stakeholder groups.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and workload prioritization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and maintaining a strong focus on compliance and quality.
