Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and distributing all written company communications for the Guest Services and Hotel Administration Department.
  • Ensuring general office duties (e.g., copying, collating, sorting all incoming mail, and distributing) within their responsibility are completed accurately.
  • Collecting all envelopes and packages to be sent in the “doc box” and coordinating with the Port Agent for off-loading.
  • Ordering and reconciling stationery supplies for the Guest Services and Hotel Administration department. Updating the Senior Officer and Employee of the month boards as required.
  • Collating CRUISE and monthly Revenue Task Force materials, including meeting minutes, quarterly CRUISE news articles, and distributing information to all committee members and organizing the monthly CRUISE party.
  • Assisting the Hotel General Manager in scheduling and organizing the Crew Club meeting, taking minutes and distributing information to the committee members.
  • Preparing and distributing Suite/VIP Welcome and General Group Welcome, Farewell letters for Hotel General Manager and the Customer Relations Manager. 
  • Administering the tuxedo rental program by Cruiseline Formalwear, both for pre-orders and onboard rentals and in compliance with Hotel Policy & Procedures.
  • Applying customer service standards for every guest interaction to verify service expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Supporting the onboard CRUISE program fully participating in the monthly breakout meetings, offering ideas to improve the onboard product and services.
  • All duties must be completed following the company Core Values and all aspects of the Service Essentials program. 



Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role—cruise ship or hotel experience is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Japanese, Italian) are a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and property management systems (e.g., Fidelio, Opera).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment with a positive and professional attitude.
