Description
Concord Hospital Medical Group is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Provider Recruitment Coordinator to join our Provider Recruitment team. In this role, you'll help create an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the recruitment and onboarding of physicians and advanced practice providers who will serve communities throughout central New Hampshire.

What You'll Do
As a Provider Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and supporting the provider recruitment process by:
Coordinating physician and advanced practice provider interviews
Preparing detailed interview itineraries and schedules
Arranging candidate travel, hotel accommodations, meals, and community tours
Managing candidate reimbursements and required documentation
Coordinating candidate welcome gifts and recruitment giveaways
Assisting with recruitment conferences, career fairs, and outreach events
Preparing recruitment marketing materials, advertisements, and flyers
Monitoring and renewing online job advertisements
Managing provider recruitment inquiries
Supporting new provider orientation
Maintaining recruitment reports, databases, and organizational information
Assisting with recruitment metrics, audits, and special projects
Providing on-site support during provider interviews, recruitment events, and orientation
Traveling to our Laconia campus as needed to support recruitment activities
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of four (4) years of high level administrative support.
Certification, Registration & Licensure
None required.
Experience
Demonstrated effective communication and strong organizational and complex process management abilities. Must work as part of a team, communicate effectively with all disciplines and levels of professionals, and successfully multi-task under tight deadlines.
Schedule
Enjoy a Flexible Part-Time Schedule!
This 20-hour-per-week position offers flexibility while supporting the needs of our recruitment team. Depending on department needs, the schedule may be worked as:
Four days per week (approximately five hours per day) with Tuesday or Wednesday off, or
Five shorter workdays (approximately four hours per day)
This is an on-site position based in Concord, New Hampshire. Remote work is not available. Flexibility to travel to our Laconia campus is required on occasion to support provider interviews, recruitment events, and orientation.
