Department Overview

DIMETRA Engineering department delivers the Mission Critical Communication System starting from the definition of system requirements via implementation and customer support. TOGETHER WE CREATE AND OWN THE BEST TETRA SYSTEM AND SHAPE ITS FUTURE. We are looking for professionals who will join our Windows Platform Team.

Job Description

Windows Platform team provides all versions of Windows Servers and Client OS, virtualized security products (RSA, AntiVirus) and Active Directory service for DIMETRA System. 
As a team member, you will participate in the whole software development cycle to develop and maintain various solutions for Windows platforms e.g. automated installation and configuration of the system, system security updates, integrating AntiVirus software in DIMETRA System, etc. We are working in an agile environment in a self-organizing team in hybrid working model. We offer our DIMETRA technology for various verticals, mostly within governmental but also commercial spaces (for example you will develop systems used by different emergency services across Europe). Recently, we are developing and integrating a DIMETRA solution for one of the Armed Forces in Europe.

Basic Requirements

The main Tech Stack:

Windows Server and Client OS, PowerShell and other scripting languages, Active Directory, KVM virtualization.

• Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture: Expert-level proficiency in Windows Server and Client architectures, backed by at least 5 years of hands-on experience architecting, managing, and troubleshooting complex enterprise environments.

• Identity & Security Governance: Deep technical command of Active Directory, Public Key Infrastructure, and Windows security hardening, including the design and implementation of robust identity management frameworks.

• Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Proven expertise in PowerShell engineering and IaC practices, with a track record of architecting scalable enterprise automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and module ecosystems for Windows and hybrid infrastructures.

• Network Architecture & Engineering: Architectural mastery of enterprise networking protocols and services, with a demonstrated capability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex network topologies.

• Product Security Ownership: Proven ability to integrate a security-first mindset into day-to-day engineering routines, taking full ownership of product security to ensure customer-facing digital products are inherently resilient, secure, and built to enterprise standards.

• Cross-Platform & Virtualization: Strong capability in Linux administration and KVM virtualization to effectively manage, automate, and integrate cross-platform workloads within a hybrid infrastructure.

• Technical Leadership & Communication: Excellent command of English, with a proven ability to articulate technical strategies to business stakeholders and author high-quality enterprise architectural documentation.

• 2 days a week from Krakow Office (Czerwone Maki)
