As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most—their home.
Your kindness, patience, and dedication will make a lasting impact on every patient and family you serve.
What You'll Do
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to company guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License Required
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
