As a Hotel Guest Services Associate, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, providing directions, supporting food and beverage operations, or helping guests and patients navigate their day, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through professional, hospitality-focused service.
This posting represents multiple Hotel Guest Services Associate opportunities across Towne locations. Specific responsibilities may vary by site, client, and assignment.
What You’ll Do
- Create positive first and last impressions
- Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, luggage, mobility equipment, and other service-related needs
- Support guest services, hospitality, food and beverage, and other site operations as assigned
- Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming guest areas
- Complete required documentation and communications accurately

Compensation: Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15–$16 per hour.

This position regularly requires the ability to:
