Job Descriptions

• Maintain company LMW qualification, submit statutory reports including annual reports and inventory reconciliation forms to RMCD and MIDA on schedule.
• Supervise customs declaration and duty exemption for bonded materials, ensure HS Codes are consistent with the approved LMW list.
• Manage customs bonded inventory accounts, organize monthly and quarterly physical stocktaking and report inventory gains/losses; monitor duty-free quota and give early warnings for over-limit risks.
• Handle SST and corporate income tax declaration related to LMW, apply for duty exemption, and cooperate with customs brokers to ensure document compliance.
• Act as the main contact for customs and external auditors, prepare audit documents and support compliance audits.
• Classify bonded materials in ERP system, ensure data consistency among procurement, production, warehouse and customs accounts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or International Trade; holders of MIA/ACCA/CPA or customs certificates are preferred.
• Over 2 years of financial experience in manufacturing industry, including at least 1 year of practical experience in LMW or bonded factory customs accounting.
• Familiar with Malaysian Customs LMW provisions, SST Act 2018 and MIDA incentive policies; master ASEAN tariff rules and rules of origin.
• Proficient in mainstream ERP systems such as SAP & Oracle and Excel; fluent in business English, conversational Malay, Chinese skills are a plus.

Location: Tampoi, Johor Bahru

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:00AM - 5:30PM)

Salary Range: Up to RM6,000
