Location: Northeast Houston, TX
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience) | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekends & Overtime: Based on company needs

Openwork is hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a well-established manufacturing company in Northeast Houston. If you have experience operating industrial equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor industrial production equipment.
- Set up machines according to production specifications.
- Operate a 15-foot press and assist with a 500-ton production machine.
- Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience required.
- 2+ years of machine operating experience required. CNC or similar experience is also accepted.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
