What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and oversee daily aggregate production activities, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably across all phases of the process.
Coordinate, mentor, and direct team members to consistently meet production targets, quality specifications, and operational expectations.
Monitor equipment performance, identify emerging issues, and support timely maintenance and repair actions to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate and detailed production records while ensuring full compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Champion a strong safety culture, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and reinforce accountability throughout the operation.
What We Are Looking For
Proven leadership experience in aggregate or quarry operations, with a track record of developing high performing, safety driven teams.
Strong ability to evaluate and balance production priorities across quarry, plant and logistics functions to make sound, timely operational decisions.
Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation in high hazard environments.
Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators, maintenance teams, quality control, and management to maintain alignment and operational continuity.
A solutions oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize production processes, and lead continuous improvement efforts across the operation.
Work Environment
This role operates in a mining and aggregate production environment involving outdoor work in varying weather conditions, exposure to dust and noise, and the need to navigate uneven terrain. Personal protective equipment is provided and required.
