Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Scientist with 3–4 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building predictive models, analyzing large datasets, and developing data-driven solutions that support business objectives. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and development teams to transform data into actionable insights and intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics models.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Build statistical models to solve complex business problems.
• Design and implement data science solutions using Python and relevant machine learning frameworks.
• Develop forecasting, classification, clustering, recommendation, and anomaly detection models.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
• Work with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines.
• Document methodologies, experiments, and model performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with:
  • Pandas
  • NumPy
  • Scikit-learn
  • Matplotlib / Plotly
  • Jupyter Notebook
• Experience with SQL and database querying.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing and data wrangling techniques.
• Familiarity with AI and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience in handling large datasets and building analytical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, or cloud-based AI platforms.
• Familiarity with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment practices.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Exposure to NLP (Natural Language Processing) projects.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
