About Innovative Medicine 

This role is pivotal in ensuring successful tender submissions, maintaining compliance, and fostering a high-performing team aligned with Johnson & Johnson’s values and strategic objectives.

Position Summary:

• Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end tender process.

• Utilize a data-driven approach.

• Collaborate closely with local and regional functions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of contributors, managing performance effectively.

• Monitor tender portals for opportunities and ensure timely submissions.

• Maintain accurate documentation.

• Assess team performance for continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and J&J standards.

• Incorporate J&J Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decisions.

Principal Relationships:

• Reports to the HTA & Value Operation Head.

• Main internal interfaces: Market Access, Commercial, Legal, Finance.

• External interfaces: Public procurement offices, experts, vendors.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Law, Economics, or related fields.

• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Proven expertise in pharmaceutical public procurement procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

• Minimum of 3-5+ years in a similar role or equivalent.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€52,000.00 - €86,365.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
