Field Clinical Specialist, IC

Promote BSC products by clearly communicating clinical benefits and differentiators to healthcare professionals Deliver in-depth product training and clinical education to physicians, technicians and nurses in Cath lab Provide clinical case support during PCIs and other interventional procedures Work collaboratively with the sales team and marketing team to drive product adoption, utilization and business growth Identify new business opportunities and support strategic customer engagement initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with Key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and other stakeholders in the field Represent the company at scientific meetings, workshops, and training events to promote the product portfolio Collect and relay market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to internal teams Ensure all clinical activities comply with local regulations and company standards Bachelor's degree required + 5 years of sales/marketing/clinical experience in healthcare industry, preferably in interventional cardiology Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence clinical stakeholders Proactive and commercially minded with a strong sense of ownership Ability to work independently and manage field-based responsibilities effectively Good verbal and written communication skills in English/Korean Willingness to travel frequently Creative & Strategic thinking Strong leadership and inter-personal skills to ensure cross-functional engagement and collaboration Self-motivated and passionate High level of computer proficiency Good understanding on cardiology market & customers in Interventional Cardiology In-depth knowledge and experience of Interventional Cardiology products Strong understanding of Cath lab operations and PCI procedures
