Your role at Baxter
Reporting to the Global T&E Operations Manager, the purpose of the role is to support the processing of travel and expense reports while identifying areas of fraud or non-compliance to policy.

What you'll be doing
Analyze and monitor Travel & Expense and Corporate Card activities, identifying trends, policy violations, control gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Handle and support the Citi Corporate Card program, including card administration, account maintenance, onboarding/offboarding, issue resolution, and collaborator support.
Perform reconciliations related to corporate card programs, expense transactions, direct debit payments, credits, Blackline accounts, and supplier-related activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Develop, maintain, and enhance operational, compliance, ServiceNow, Blackline, and executive reporting, including indicators, audit metrics, card program analytics, and management dashboards.
Maintain and update visual management boards, scorecards, and performance dashboards to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.
Partner with employees, managers, Finance, AP, Treasury, Procurement, and governance teams to address Travel & Expense and Corporate Card-related matters.
Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate compliance risks, policy exceptions, and control concerns through audits, reporting, and reconciliation reviews.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Travel & Expense and Corporate Card programs, providing mentorship, training, and operational support to team members and business collaborators.
Develop expertise in Travel & Expense, Corporate Card, Concur, AppZen, Citi, ServiceNow, and Blackline platforms while recommending system and process enhancements.
Collaborate with internal contacts and external partners, including Citi, to address urgent issues, payment problems, cardholder concerns, and operational challenges.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, improve compliance, and elevate the employee experience.
Support global central initiatives and system implementations, including Citi Corporate Cards, AppZen, Concur, and other transformation projects.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure effective governance and management of Travel & Expense and Corporate Card programs across the organization.
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, or related areas
3+ years of experience in travel and expenses
Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, audit controls, compliance monitoring, and data analytics.
English B2+ or higher
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Power Query, Power BI, and advanced Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and dashboard development.
Confirmed proven understanding of the travel industry
Experience working in a Shared Service Center environment
Financial services experience a plus
