Expected Starting Salary Range: The Junior Mortgage Loan Originator position will be structured with a minimum hourly rate starting at $24 - $30 per hour and may increase based on direct and relevant work experience. Upon transition to a fully functional Mortgage Loan Officer role, the compensation structure is expected to shift to a base salary with commission based on loan origination.
