Ingredion is looking for a Senior Specialist, GSRA, ASEAN to help ensure regulatory compliance, enable market access, and support successful product commercialization across Thailand and ASEAN. Your regulatory expertise will connect internal business teams with authorities and industry stakeholders while supporting sustainable business growth.
As a Senior Specialist, GSRA, ASEAN, you will provide regulatory assessments, guidance, submissions, and documentation support across food and selected non-food platforms. You will partner with Technical Development, Quality, Sales, Go-To-Market, Procurement, Logistics, and other teams, while serving as a key liaison with the Thai FDA and relevant external stakeholders.
What you will do:
Product Registration & Documentation – Prepare, compile, submit, and follow up regulatory dossiers and applications with the Thai FDA, while maintaining accurate regulatory records and databases.
ASEAN Market Access – Support regulatory submissions, authorizations, and product registration applications across ASEAN markets.
Product Compliance Assessment – Assess products, ingredients, formulations, labels, claims, and conditions of use against Thailand, ASEAN, and international requirements, including JECFA standards.
Regulatory Guidance – Provide practical regulatory advice during product development, reformulation, commercialization, and customer support activities.
Regulatory Monitoring – Monitor regulatory developments, interpret changes, assess business impact, and communicate clear guidance to local, regional, and global stakeholders.
External Representation – Build effective relationships and represent Ingredion with regulatory authorities, laboratories, certification bodies, industry associations, and other relevant agencies.
Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with Quality, Technical Services, Sales, Go-To-Market, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service to address regulatory requirements and enable compliant commercialization.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or another related science-based discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Scientific & Regulatory Affairs, preferably in the food industry and/or a multinational company.
Strong knowledge of Thai and international food regulations and standards, including Thai FDA, ASEAN, Codex, JECFA, and FCC.
Experience in product registration, regulatory submissions, compliance assessments, and preparation of technical dossiers for food ingredients or finished products.
Good command of English, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with regulatory document-management systems.
