We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Process Owner to join our Manufacturing team based out of our Northgate, QLD site!

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Lead your production area day-to-day to deliver business results and drive operational improvements.
Keep people safe by promoting safe work practices, supporting plant safety programs, and actively contributing to safety goals.
Deliver targets for quality, productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, and employee engagement through strong teamwork and personal ownership.
Coach, develop, and support direct reports through on-the-job learning, empowerment, and continuous improvement projects.
Maintain positive employee and labour relations by building an effective team with qualified people and clear expectations.
Own and lead the site’s QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) standard in line with the plant accountability list and implementation
Ensure product and workplace quality by following all procedures and guidelines, including GMP, HACCP, housekeeping responsibilities, and QRMP operating procedures.
Drive continuous improvement, plant/department efficiency, and optimisation by identifying, submitting, and implementing process improvements (including annual improvement plans).
Lead routine production problem-solving, change management, and accountability; mentor the CI Lead and Maintenance Lead, and support maintenance planning.
Coordinate operational coverage and routines (shift coverage, cleaning programs/checks, deviation explanations, line process checks, inventories, and accurate paperwork/payroll documentation), and work flexible shifts/overtime as needed; complete other duties as assigned.
About you:
Relevant degree, diploma or certificate is beneficial
Follow all safety and quality guidelines and help others do the same.
Keep records and reports legible, neat, and accurate.
You bring leadership skills, a positive attitude, and strong communication and people skills.
You understand how the site controls and manages documents and records.
Organised, plan ahead, and use these skills to support team effectiveness.
You work well in a team and collaborate effectively with all employees.
Comfortable learning and using intermediate Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and can read and write work instructions and standard procedures.
