About You

Summary of Position:
Maintain the record of payment data, reversals, and closure requests Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Commercial, CAS support and Sales Controlling teams to validate promotional uploads. Support SOX audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Prefeed Qualifications:
Enter and update promotion data in internal systems accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all promotions comply with internal controls and data governance.
Maintain and report on Trade Promotion KPIs for key stakeholders.
Maintain the record of payment data, reversals, and closure requests
Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Commercial, CAS support and Sales Controlling teams to validate promotional uploads.
Support SOX audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of trade promotion procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Experience 1+ in a similar role or familiarity with internal controls
Working knowledge of SAP, CAS or BW systems
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with clear stakeholder updates
Comfort working through complex problems or challenges
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills will be assessed during screening)
