Position Summary: 

The Senior Director, Treasury & Risk Management will be a key player of the Global Treasury organization related with the Asia Pacific Treasury and Risk Management matters. This includes leading the day-to-day treasury operations for Asia Pacific while coordinating efforts with other Treasury centers around the world, particularly Amsterdam, to ensure delivery of the Treasury long-term vision and compliance with corporate-wide policies and procedures for securing, forecasting, investing, and supporting cash management and foreign exchange activities.  Integrated with the PVH Risk Management team, this leadership role also oversees the APAC Risk Management function, ensuring identification and mitigation of brand, operational, and enterprise risks, while serving as a trusted risk advisor across the APAC region. It drives strategic risk management initiatives, crisis communication protocols, and external partnerships to protect company assets and support informed decision-making across all levels of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job

  • Provide leadership as a key member of the Global Treasury Leadership team and ensure corporate treasury goals and initiatives are implemented throughout the region, as well as provide guidance to the local treasury staff.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the local finance teams in APAC and the Global Treasury organization, benefiting from geographic proximity and common time zones.
  • Manage a wide range of projects rooted in the global treasury transformation initiatives and deployed alongside local finance teams, including implementation of pooled liquidity structures, debt, global hedging, cash forecasting, working capital management, among others.
  • Oversee and manage submission of various daily, weekly, and monthly reports and forecasts to Corporate Treasury; manage the flow of data back to Corporate Treasury for various reporting requirements.
  • Manage regional banking relationships, including the opening, closing, and consolidation of bank accounts across the region; manage bank fees by ensuring that only active accounts are maintained while eliminating any inefficiencies; ensuring region is maximizing each bank’s capabilities.
  • Management and settlement of various intercompany balances, loans, etc., and in coordination with Tax Department.
  • Lead the execution of the regional Risk Management strategy, including adapting PVH globally established frameworks, guiding business units through risk and crisis scenarios, and managing relationships to strengthen organizational resilience.
  • Integrate PVH Risk Management’s frameworks and process to drive Enterprise Risk Management initiatives across APAC by working closely with regional teams, leading comprehensive risk assessments, and driving proactive identification and treatment of key regional risks and following through on risk treatment plan commitments of regional management.
  • Work with PVH Risk Management to drive crisis management, communications protocols, and business continuity planning by implementing training programs, facilitating scenario exercises, and ensuring effective coordination with global stakeholders to protect the organization and maintain operational stability.
  • Establish, manage, and sustain an effective Regional Risk Management Committee, enabling structured dialogue and decision making on material business and external risks.
  • Partner with global counterparts and external advisors (e.g., BCW) to negotiate and manage contracts, design and facilitate crisis simulations and tabletop exercises, and support executive decision-making during crisis situations.
  • Special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

  • A minimum of 15 years' relevant experience

Education:

  • Master's Degree Preferred

Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Expert-level financial and treasury acumen, with the ability to shape and influence strategic decisions through deep understanding of cash management, foreign exchange, hedging, investing, bank guarantees, cash flow forecasting using Indirect and Direct methods, and the impact of treasury activities on financial statements under US GAAP.
  • Lead and drive financial and risk assessment and decision marketing, applying a highly strategic and analytical mindset to evaluate complex business environments, identifying risks and opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable insights using strong technical skills.
  • Provide senior leadership across cross-functional teams, driving large scale initiatives, including executive stakeholders globally, and building high-impact relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Oversee and direct complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and resources with strong governance and disciplined execution.
  • Champion functional change and transformation initiatives, effectively communicating and influencing at all levels to drive alignment, adoption, and sustained business impact.
  • Deliver executive-level communications and presentations, distilling complex financial and risk concepts into clear, compelling narratives that inform and guide APAC leadership decision-making.
  • Utilize risk management and crisis management frameworks, proactively identifying emerging risks and ensuring robust treatment strategies are implemented across diverse markets.
  • Operate effectively within a global, multicultural environment, demonstrating strong executive comfort and communication skills.  Fluent in English, with additional language capabilities (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) as an advantage.
