This position reports to:
Service Sales Manager__
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model: #LI-hybrid
Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
Prepares / supports in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization
Performs lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales team/local business to obtain better future results.
Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization.

Qualifications for the Role
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronical or Mechanical Engineering.
Previous experience not required (but must be a graduate profile).
Microsoft 365 and Power BI knowledge will be valuable.
Team oriented mindset, resilient and accountable.
Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
